REMAKE POLICIES
We will remake or repair the case free of charge under most conditions. However, charges will be
applied under the following circumstances:
1. Original Precious alloy restoration is not returned.
2. Restorative materials are different from the original order.
3. We requested a new impression, but we were asked to proceed without one.
CREDIT POLICIES
We will Credit most rejected case from Dentist and Dental Laboratory. However, we will not credit
case if the following are missing:
1. Original Restoration is not returned.
2. Dentist or Dental Laboratory does not state the reason of return.
